CAHR plans a special program in 2012 to mark the 5th anniversary of its New Investigator Workshop
2011-06-27CAHR’s 5th annual New Investigator Workshop will take place in Montreal, April 19, 2012 (in conjunction with the annual CAHR Conference). In the four years since it was begun, a total of 200+ new researchers have participated in this Workshop.
This has proven to be an extremely popular training event for new investigators as well as graduate students and fellows who are planning a career in academic research.
Typically, the program covers such topics as:

- Getting Funding for your Research
- Mock Grant Reviews
- Mentorship and Career Development
